A greeting, then the numbers that matter: earnings this month against your target, active and completed jobs, money still to collect, and deadlines needing attention. Below, the jobs closest to delivery with their progress, a 12-month income trend, your best months and the goal in focus. Everything here is a summary. You edit in the other sections.
Kreativo keeps your jobs, payments, deadlines, subscriptions, budget and goals in one place, and keeps the numbers consistent between them. Here is every section, and then KreativoAI in depth.
Every job has a client, a fee, an optional deposit, a deadline, a status and a progress bar you can drag. Pending jobs show as cards or a table, sorted by deadline, payout or progress. Completed jobs are grouped by month with the total earned. A brand-new client name can simply be typed. Nothing needs creating first.
The “New job” form asks for
- Client name
- Project title
- Start date
- Deadline
- Payout (EUR)
- Deposit (EUR)
- Status
- Progress
- Notes
Earnings shows what has actually landed, what is still owed, and how it trends over time: monthly income, a month-by-month comparison and your top clients. Mark a deposit or a balance as received by clicking its chip on the job’s row. That click is what moves the figures. Filter by this month, this year or all time.
Job deliveries and subscription renewals share one month grid, plus a chronological list. Red means within two days or already overdue, amber within seven. The sidebar shows a badge with the number of urgent items. Click a day to filter the list to it.
Each subscription has a cost, a billing cycle, a next renewal and a category. A yearly plan counts as one twelfth per month. They feed the budget and the calendar automatically, so they are never entered twice. An expired renewal rolls forward to the next period with one click.
The “Add subscription” form asks for
- Service
- Cost (EUR)
- Billing cycle
- Next renewal
- Category
- Notes
Expected income, minus fixed costs, minus subscriptions, equals what is left. Fixed costs are recurring monthly costs that are not subscriptions: taxes, pension contributions, rent, an accountant. Subscriptions are pulled in on their own, so adding one here as well would count it twice.
The “Add fixed cost” form asks for
- Cost name
- Monthly amount (EUR)
- Notes
A goal has a target, an optional period and deadline, and optional milestones you tick off. Earnings, jobs completed and new clients update themselves from your data. Savings and custom goals you update by hand. Progress is drawn as a ring, so you see the gap at a glance.
The “New goal” form asks for
- Goal
- Type
- Period
- Target
- Deadline
- Track progress automatically
- Milestones
Ideas, reminders, rates you keep forgetting, what came up in a call. Each note has a title, a body, one of six colours for grouping, and can be pinned to the top. Notes are searchable, and private to your account like everything else.
The “Note” form asks for
- Title
- Body
- Colour
- Pin to top
An assistant that explains the app and hands you a form already filled in. It has five actions, it never saves on its own, and it will tell you where to do the rest by hand.

KreativoAI explains the app and hands you a filled-in form. Anything beyond that, it tells you where to do by hand.
- Won’t change a job’s status or progress
- Won’t mark a payment as received
- Won’t renew a subscription
- Won’t edit anything
- Won’t delete anything
Deleting in particular is never done from the chat. It is one of the things it will send you to do yourself.
It keeps your jobs, payments, deadlines, subscriptions, fixed costs and goals in one place, and keeps the numbers consistent between them.
Yes. Kreativo is a native Mac app for macOS 26 or later, and it is in a private beta: you can join the waitlist and we will write when there is room.
No. It records what you agreed and what you were paid; the invoice itself you still make elsewhere. Kreativo also does not connect to your bank, process payments or give tax advice.
A fee is what a job is worth; income is what has landed. A job counts towards income only for the parts you have marked as received in Earnings.
Expected income minus fixed costs minus subscriptions. Subscriptions are pulled in automatically, so never add one as a fixed cost too.
In the European Union, in your own private rows: no other account can read them. One click in Settings gives you a JSON file with everything in it, and you can import it back.
It is built for one person who invoices their own work. If you run a studio with several people billing together, it will not fit yet: there are no shared accounts.
