You get a confirmation email straight away. Later, when there is room, you get one email that says how to get the app. They are service messages about your registration: there is no newsletter and no advertising.

Look in your spam or junk folder first. Each address gets one confirmation: if it was already on the list, the site answers in the same way but sends nothing new. If nothing has arrived after a few minutes, write to info@kreativo.cc.

Yes, at once. Every email we send you has a link to manage your registration, and one button there deletes your entry. You can also write to privacy@kreativo.cc and we delete it.

We use it for the emails above and for nothing else: no newsletter, no profiling, no sharing. It is stored in the EU, and we do not store your IP address or where you came from. Entries are kept until the private beta ends and deleted within a reasonable time after that.

Yes. Nothing is charged during the beta, and there is no way to pay yet. The paywall you may see in the app is a preview and says so.

Expect defects, changes and interruptions: beta software is unfinished. Export your data from time to time (one click gives you a JSON file), and tell us what breaks.

Yes, in Studio. If you turn Calendar sync on, macOS asks for your permission and Kreativo writes your deliveries and renewals into a calendar named “Kreativo” in the Calendar app. It reads none of your other calendars.

Reminders are built on your Mac from your deadlines, expected payments and renewals, and shown by macOS. It asks your permission when you turn one on, and nothing about them is sent to us. Email reminders are planned for Studio and are not available yet.

Your data belongs to your account, not to one Mac, so signing in on another Mac shows the same data. The copy kept on a Mac is removed when you sign out.

Solo is free, for good, and includes 10 KreativoAI messages a month. Studio adds unlimited KreativoAI, with more planned. Paid plans are not on sale yet, and there is no trial because the free plan is the trial.

Choose New Job. A client name and a project title are required; a deadline is optional but recommended, because it drives the calendar and the alerts. You can also enter the payout, a deposit, a status, progress and notes. A client name can simply be typed: nothing needs creating first.

In Earnings, click the deposit or balance chip on the job's row. That click is what moves your earnings figures.

A fee is what a job is worth; income is what has landed. A job counts towards income only for the parts you have marked as received in Earnings.

An assistant built into the app. It answers questions about Kreativo and fills in its forms from a sentence: a new job, goal, subscription, fixed cost or note. You check the filled-in form and press Create.

No. It never saves, edits or deletes anything. When you ask it to add something, it opens the ordinary form with the fields already filled in, and nothing is written until you press the button yourself.

No. It is given no access to your stored records. What you type in the chat, together with the conversation, the date and your display name, is sent to Google's Gemini API, and the reply comes back the same way. We do not store the conversation. Do not type passwords, card numbers, IBANs or security codes into it.

Yes. What it writes is generated text, not a verified statement about your account or the law, so check it before you rely on it. It gives no tax, legal, accounting or financial advice.

Kreativo is a personal project, provided with no service-level commitment, and it can change or be discontinued at any time. If that is ever planned, we will give advance notice and a window to export your data wherever we reasonably can. That is why export is one click.
